These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EXCEED YB's Website, located at fitness.exceedyb.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use EXCEED YB if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Revision, Cancellation, Refund and Licensing Terms

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These terms apply to the fitness eBook customization, licensing, hosting, and digital-delivery services provided by Exceedyb. By submitting an order and completing payment, the client agrees to these terms.

1. Initial Payment and Monthly Service

The initial payment is $250.

This payment includes:

• Customization and setup of one selected fitness eBook template

• The client’s first month of eBook licensing

• Hosting and digital-delivery service for the first month

After the first month, the service automatically renews at $30 per month until canceled.

The renewal charge will be billed using the payment method provided during checkout.

2. Nonrefundable Project-Start Fee

Of the initial $250 payment, $50 is a nonrefundable project-start fee.

This fee becomes nonrefundable once the client submits the order and the project is accepted or scheduled for production.

The project-start fee will be refunded only when Exceedyb is unable to accept or provide the purchased service.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

The client may request cancellation by contacting Exceedyb in writing.

When cancellation is requested before customization or production work begins, the client may receive a refund of $200. The $50 project-start fee will remain nonrefundable.

Customization or production work may include:

• Reviewing the client’s submitted information and files

• Assigning or preparing the selected template

• Editing text or images

• Applying the client’s branding

• Preparing the first draft

• Sending work instructions to a designer

4. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once customization or production work has begun, the initial $250 payment becomes nonrefundable.

Exceedyb may consider a full or partial refund when:

• Exceedyb cannot complete a substantial portion of the purchased service

• The delivered product materially differs from the selected package and Exceedyb cannot reasonably correct the issue

• Exceedyb cancels the project before completing the agreed service

Refund decisions will be based on the work already completed and the portion of the service that could not be delivered.

5. Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds are not provided solely because:

• The client changes their mind after work begins

• The client changes their business plans

• The client fails to provide the required information, photos, logo, or other materials

• The client delays the project by failing to respond

• The client requests a different eBook topic or template after customization begins

• The client requests services outside the purchased package

• The client does not achieve a particular number of sales, customers, followers, leads, or other business results

Exceedyb does not guarantee that the eBook will produce any specific financial or marketing result.

6. Client Materials and Permissions

The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all photographs, logos, names, written content, testimonials, and other materials submitted to Exceedyb.

The client authorizes Exceedyb and its contractors to use those materials solely for completing and delivering the purchased services.

The client is responsible for claims resulting from materials submitted without proper ownership, authorization, or permission.

7. Revisions

The initial setup includes two reasonable revision rounds.

Revision requests must be submitted within seven calendar days after the client receives the first draft.

Reasonable revisions may include:

• Correcting factual or spelling errors

• Replacing submitted photographs

• Adjusting approved colors

• Making reasonable text changes

• Making minor layout or placement changes

A revision round means one organized list of requested changes submitted at the same time.

The following may require an additional fee:

• Selecting a different template

• Changing the eBook topic

• Rewriting substantial sections

• Replacing most of the original content

• Requesting a complete redesign

• Requesting changes after the revision period has ended

• Requesting more than two revision rounds

Exceedyb will inform the client of any additional charge before completing work outside the original package.

8. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time begins after Exceedyb has received:

• Completed onboarding information

• All required photographs and branding materials

• The full initial payment

• Any other information reasonably required to begin the project

The estimated first-draft delivery time is 7 days, unless a different timeframe is communicated to the client.

Delivery dates may be extended when the client submits incomplete information, requests major changes, or delays responding to questions.

9. License and Permitted Use

The completed eBook is licensed to the client while the monthly Exceedyb service remains active and paid.

During an active license, the client may:

• Promote the customized eBook

• Sell the completed eBook to their own customers

• Use approved promotional images supplied with the service

• Share the hosted sales or delivery link provided by Exceedyb

The client may not:

• Sell or transfer the editable template or source files

• Resell the template as a template

• Sublicense the design or content to another creator or business

• Claim ownership of Exceedyb’s underlying template system

• Copy the template to create products for third parties

• Give another person access to restricted source or design files

Unless stated otherwise in writing, editable source files are not included.

10. Monthly Renewal and Cancellation

After the included first month, the service renews automatically at $30 per month until canceled.

The client may cancel by contacting Exceedyb at:

A cancellation request must be received before the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the client’s current paid billing period unless Exceedyb confirms an earlier date.

After cancellation, Exceedyb may discontinue:

• eBook hosting

• Hosted checkout or sales-page services

• Digital delivery

• File updates

• Technical maintenance

• Continued licensing rights

Canceling the monthly service does not create a refund for setup work already completed or for a monthly billing period that has already begun.

Recurring prices, renewal timing, and cancellation conditions should also be clearly displayed immediately before checkout—not only on this linked page. FTC guidance emphasizes clear and conspicuous disclosure of material recurring-payment terms.

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

The client should contact Exceedyb first to attempt to resolve a billing or service concern.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel the monthly service. The client should also send a written cancellation request.

Exceedyb may provide payment records, submitted forms, communications, project files, delivery records, and acceptance of these terms when responding to a payment dispute.

12. Third-Party Services

Exceedyb may use third-party services or independent contractors for design, payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, file storage, or other operational needs.

Exceedyb is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by third-party platforms that are outside its reasonable control. Exceedyb will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide an alternative service when possible.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Exceedyb will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the eBook or related services.

Exceedyb does not guarantee sales, revenue, audience growth, customer acquisition, business success, or continued availability of third-party platforms.

To the extent permitted by law, Exceedyb’s total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that order during the preceding three months.

14. Changes to These Terms

Exceedyb may update these terms for future orders or future billing periods.

Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated when required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that already applied to a completed payment or cancellation request.

By checking the agreement box and submitting payment, the client confirms that they:

• Have read and accepted these terms

• Understand that the initial payment is $250

• Understand that $50 is a nonrefundable project-start fee

• Authorize automatic renewal at $30 per month after the first month

• Understand how to cancel the recurring service
